Chicken Paprikash
For me, food is design inspiration too. The way different components fit together in measured proportions to form a greater whole is the challenge of all designers. With food, much like design you can experiment, test and look for that combination that works best for your palate and that of the client. When it works, it's a piece of art that can last the ages. The first recipe I'll be sharing is a traditional Hungarian dish that, has to rank up there with one of the best chicken dishes in the world, Chicken Paprikash.
